The Chicago Firehouse is an attractive turn-of-the century building that formerly housed the Chicago Fire Department. Fair is American classic and the dessert choices are delicious.
The outdoor seating in the back patio is private, originally the stables for all the horses. All the tin ceilings, glazed tile walls and fire poles are original, creating a unique environment.

Garden of the Dragon is Located within the Las Vegas Hilton adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center via sky walkway. Delicious Szechwan, Peking Style, Northern Mongolian and Cantonese Cuisine. I have eaten here several times and the food is delicious without being too heavy.
The restaurant overlooks the beautiful Zen like gardens which also have Benihana Village, 888 Noodle Bar, Teru Sushi and Bar.
