20x20 Solar Rental

20x20 Solar Rental

This 20×20 rental exhibit was from Evo’s “Solar” series of exhibits.  Prominent towers appeared with massive branding in all four directions without taking up valuable space within the 20×20 exhibit.

The towers have tension fabric printed graphics attached via Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) for a great fit and finish look.  The exhibitor is able to update any of the graphics cost effectively as the message changes.

Lighting and A/V is integrated within the extrusion system, with overhead ceiling lights, base up-lights, graphic light-boxes, plasmas and flat screen technologies.  Ceiling tiles create an enviornment with seating and kiosks.

ATS Automation Tooling Systems provides innovative, custom designed, built and installed manufacturing solutions to many of the world’s most successful companies.

International Trade Show Display

Power Gen Expo - Amsterdam

If your considering exhibiting overseas, look into partnering with an exhibit house that have the expertise to consult you every step of the way…and there are many things to consider.

International trade shows are much different then here in the states in many ways.  In preparing for a trade show overseas, consider these important steps to review…

Logistics – shipping a booth or display materials overseas requires knowledge of brokers, customs, taxes, packaging and time-lines.  Proper planning and protection of time specific materials requires working with multiple vendors behind the scenes.  Be specific with values and counts of what is being shipped.

Exhibit Properties- Many exhibitors like to keep a consistent branding look, yet shipping the entire display overseas can be quite expensive.  Consider integrating exhibit material overseas with the important pieces of your current display for the same overall look.  Storage rooms, closets and back-walls can be built on-site saving shipping costs.  These are often defined overseas as “build and burn” – as it is done cost effectively with much lower local labor and material rates.

Labor – Use a team that the local house has relations with overseas and is trust worthy.  Communications and effectiveness improve dramatically when relationships are in place.

Pre-Show Meetings- Have meetings scheduled regularly with your local house in the coming weeks prior to the show, to review all aspects of the exhibit.  Pre-show meeting are so important to discuss all of the “What ifs” that can occur.  Know all the vendors and people involved in the process, from logistics on on-site labor.

Rules and Regulations - Consider the height regulations and electrical into your booth design and planning.  Many of the show floors have raised flooring to allow for all of the electrical to be distributed under the booth.  Site lines for in-line booths allow for more of a shell scheme for walls and need to be considered in the creative design.

Functionality- Overseas shows have a much different feel and overall objective.  Allow areas for hospitality and meeting spaces, as entertaining attendees with food and drink is important.  Attendees spend much more time within an exhibitors space, and great hospitality is key.

20x20 Exhibit Rental

This 20×20 exhibit rental was designed for the National Restaurant Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place.  Twinings Tea of London looked to Evo Exhibits for it’s consultative approach for exhibit flow, branding, and product identity.

Twinings Tea objective was to incorporate two full sampling stations for tea sampling, and to continually feed the sampling stations with a centralized private storage room that was easily accessible to each station for great flow.  Creating sampling stations with identity to the aisles stopped exhibitors to try a sample.

Integrating products on either side of the sampling stations gave visual identity of all the different types of products available while sampling the tea.

TIP:  If you have a smaller exhibit space, and need room you don’t have for sampling or demo’s, try incorporating the public aisle space into your plan.  This is often known as a “show stopper”, where your audience is stopped in the aisle with a quick offering or presentation.  For those that have further interest and qualified with some quick questions, have an area within the booth set up for conversation.  For Twinings Tea, a small table and chairs were positioned inside the booth space to bring exhibitors in; which allowed Twinings Tea a comfortable place to converse with the attendees.

The exhibit was an overall great success.

30x30 Green Exhibit Rental Hardware Show

Green Trade Show Display Rental

MD Building invents, develops and manufactures building, decorating and weatherproofing products for the building industry.  The approach to the National Hardware Show 2010 was to have an exhibit more appealing then prior trade show displays,  that offered a visual branding environment to showcase it’s product line, streamline functionality with great exhibit flow , all while being GREEN.

The end solution was a Sustainable Rental Trade Show Exhibit.  This 30×30 green trade show rental is comprised of recycled aluminum, recycled tension fabric graphics, recycled green core graphics which are also recyclable, and rented reycled carpet and padding.

The exhibitor turned to Evo Exhibits for it’s industry experience and consultative team approach -  providing a turn-key solution with creative design, production, show book forms,  logisitics and install and dismantle.

Much of the clients success on the show floor parallels Evo Exhibits project approach for a propery discovery meeting to understand the exhibitors booth needs and show objectives, a creative team that executes a design that works within budget, a pre-show meeting with the on-site labor crew leader to set expectations,  and post-show review of the event.
